Grand Unal Hotel Istanbul

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, as it is very close to Yenikapı Main Metro station and near everything in the city. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a great breakfast spread and clean rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, going the extra mile to make me feel welcome. The transportation options were excellent, with the hotel being very near the metro stations.

Convenient location near metro and bus stations, with a quiet and clean street. Spacious, well-lit rooms with cleanliness maintained. Excellent breakfast with a variety of European and Turkish dishes. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionists Melih and Nejdet. an enjoyable stay with supportive and welcoming service.

The rooms were clean and had free wi, fi, which was a bonus. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to a metro station and within a 30, 40 minute walk to popular tourist attractions. Another advantage was the helpfulness of the staff, who were responsive and professional.

The walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from outside or from neighboring rooms. the breakfast had a strict ending time, and even a minute past it, it was difficult to even get a cup of coffee.

The hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. The rooms were basic but clean, with comfortable beds and even a window in the closet for natural light. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone.
